INNOVATION
Meridian has a proud history of innovation. We led the world with the earliest demonstration of a digital loudspeaker back in 1985, and we then went on to pioneer the concept of the DSP digital active loudspeaker. Today this approach is now implemented in sound bars and portable speakers throughout the consumer electronics industry. We’ve been using and perfecting Digital Signal Processing technology since 1989.

Since our inception in 1977, all of Meridian’s products have been researched, designed, and engineered by us in Great Britain. Maintaining our processes at home means that we have complete control over our products, from concept right through to delivery.
